The Efect of Doodling Strategy Toward Reading Comprehension at Tenth Grade of SMAN 16 Bone.

This thesis presents research the effect of doodling strategy toward reading
comprehension at the tenth grade students of SMAN 16 Bone. The sample of this
research is the students at the tenth grade of SMAN 16 Bone. They are selected by
cluster sampling that consist of 30 students to study english.
Regarding the data analysis, this research used pre-test and post-test to
analyzes the effective of using doodling strategy to improve the students reading
comprehension. Pre-test was given to the students to know the students’ reading
comprehension before appliying doodling strategy and post- test is given to the
students to know the students’ reading comprehension after appliying doodling
strategy
The result of this research finnally shows the students’ reading comprehension
score in pre-test is 38.90 and 60.20 for their post-test. The data is analized by using
the significant is 0,00
