This thesis presents research about “Observing the Students’ Speaking difficulties through English TV Channel As An Instructional Media In EFL Classroom Context In IAIN Bone”. The sample consists of 5 students of TBI 2 at the third semester in IAIN Bone. This research uses qualitative method by analyzing data using observation and interview
This thesis aims to show the students’ were helped in speaking difficulties through English TV channel as an instructional media in EFL classroom context. The result showed that Using English TV channel as the media can help the students’ speaking difficulties. To help the students’ speaking difficulties through English TV channel based on the data from the observation and the interview. The strength of the implementation of English TV channel as the media is that it can raise students’ participation in speaking class and it can help the students’ speaking difficulties in speaking. However, the implementation of some material needs some preparations, especially in choosing interesting topics or theme which are not only suitable to the theme but also suitable to the curriculum and students’ need.

Having implemented English TV channel as an instructional media to help the students’ speaking difficulties, the researcher would like to present conclusions as

B. Suggestions
Having implemented English TV channel as the media to help the students’ speaking ability, the researcher would like to present some suggestions as follows:
1. It is strongly suggested that using English TV channel in learning English speaking be continually implemented in IAIN Bone in order to avoid monotonous material.
2. In English TV Channel, lecturer should make extra preparation starting from the selection of materials which should be suitable to the students and curriculum to be used in the class.
