Observing the Students‟ English Speaking Ability through Mobiled Assisted Language Learning of IAIN Bone.

Speaking is bringing many challenges to the students, but challenges are not always addressed in the classroom. Students have the opportunity to develop trust and ability through oral way.This presents research about “Observing the Students‟ English SpeakingAbility through Mobiled Assisted Language Learning of IAIN Bone”.The research was conducted at the eighth semester of English study program of IAIN Bone.
This research is qualitative method. It is the way of reflectingby collecting data on meeting practice in a class and analyzing in order to come to some decisions about should be. There is types of data in the research, the qualitative data which collected by, observation and interview.
The result of this research shows that Using Talk App as part of MALL method can help the students‟ speaking ability. The successful of this research can be clearly seen from the result of the observation, where only two students‟ obtain poor classification. The implementation of Talk App as part of MALL method is raising students‟ participationin speaking ability. Talk App part of MALL method also can help the students‟ to have better ability in speaking.
A. Conclusion
Having implemented Talk App as part of MALL method, the researcher presented two conclusions as follows:
1. Using Talk App as part of MALL method can help the students‟ speaking ability constrainst. To observe the students‟ speaking abilityconstraints through Talk App based on the observation. The successful of this research could be clearly seen from the result of the observation, where only two students‟ obtein poor classification. It could be seen that students‟ was good english speaking ability. It means that some students‟ of the eighth semester of TBI still have a good participation speaking ability class.
2. Based on the description of the data and the statement from the other researchers and also experience taught speaking ability Talk App as part of MALL method, the students‟ should solve their problem, be active, feel comfortable, confident and easy to speaking.
B. Suggestions
Having implemented Talk App as part of MALL method to help the students‟ speaking ability, the researcher would like to present some seggestions as follows:
1. It is strongly suggested that using Talk App as ppart of MALL method in learning english speaking ability be continually implemented in IAIN Bone in order to avoid monotonous material.
2. From the selection topic to the students‟ and curriculum to be used in the class.
