This research aims to find out whether or not the used of online games in enhacing
students' speaking skills. This research was conducted at MTs-Al Faaizun. The
population of this research was the 8th grade students at MTs Al Faaizun for the
2023/2024 academic year, totaling 54 students. The research sample consisted of 28
students. This research employed quantitative method with a pre-experimental design.
In collecting data, this research used a speaking test (dialogue)given during the pre-test
and post-test. Based on the result T-Test analysis shows that there was a significant
difference between students' pre-test and post-test score. The students' average score
on the pre-test was 38.21, whereas The average student post-test score was 81.96. This
shows that the post-test mean of the score was higher than the pre-test. In addition, the
significance results (2-tailed) shows that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted with a
significance value of 0.01
