This thesis presents the research on Teaching Writing in Text procedure with
Using Short Animated Stories in at the tenth-grade students of SMKN 7 Bone. This
research aims to find out the improvement of students' ability to write text procedures
using short animated stories. The research used quantitative methods that use pre-
experimental research. with one pre-test and post-test group. Researchers used cluster
sampling. The sample consisted of 25 students from a multimedia class from SMKN
7 Bone. The Research provides pre-test, treatment, and post-test. The data on student
writing skills were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that
there is a significant development of students' ability to write text procedures by
using short animated stories. It can be seen from the comparison data between the
average post-test scores. significantly higher than pre-test (71.32 > 56.92). It can be
proven by (p-value) is than α (0.000
