This research aims to know the students’ learning achievement in speaking
performance.The subject of this research is the Eleventh grade of Ma Al-Ihsan Bengo.
The researcher chooses eleventh grade as the subject of this research and the writer just
took 5 students from the class. This research used descriptive qualitative design.
Technique of data analysis consists of test. The test focused to find out the learning
achievement in speaking performance. The result of the research shows that students’
had a good learning achievement in speaking performance. Nevertheless, the five
students haven’t mastered all components of speaking performance. The components
in speaking performance as a speech is self-confidence and gesture , not all students
have high self-confidence in this case students do not have enough confidence in their
own abilities so that in delivering their speech many people make pronunciation errors
in this pronounce, because the lack of confidence affects the gesture.
A. Conclusion
Learning achievement is the result or level of ability that has been achieved by
students after attending a teaching-learning process within a certain time in the form
of changes in behaviour, skills and knowledge and will then be measured and assessed
and then realized in numbers or statement Learning achievement is the result or level

Based on student learning outcomes in general is quite good because it is able
to meet all aspects of the assessment aspects that exist,. For the aspect of the volume
of sound students also have good grades because they are able to speak with a good
and clear intonation, and the content of the speech of all students has good grades
because they make speeches with good text, clearly not long-winded and in
accordance with The last test instructions given for gestures all students also have
good grades because they are not too rigid and not nervous to speak in public and they
are not even nervous when making eye contact with the audience.
B. Suggestion
There are suggestion in relation with the analysis students’ learning Achievement in
Speaking performance in this research the writer would like to give some suggestions.
The suggestion for students is that the level of self-confidence must be increased,
because from self-confidence we can know the extent of the student's abilities. Based on the
results of this study, some students still lacked confidence so that this could affect their gesture
when giving a speech. To get maximum results, students must also study hard, have a high
level of confidence, readiness to do something and do assignments according to the instructions
that have been given.
