The Analysis of the Teachers’ Teaching Variation in Learning English at SMAN 13 Bone.

In this research, Teachers at SMAN 13 BONE use three variations of teaching,
namely, variations in classical teaching, technology, and interaction. Class X IPS1 at
SMAN 13 BONE uses a variation of classical teaching which is where the teacher
uses the lecture learning method. The teacher has a dominant role and students in
passive learning activities. The teacher can use extensive material. Helping students
to hear accurately, critically, and attentively. XI IPS 3 class uses variations in
teaching technology, that is, teachers use electronic book media that is shared by each
student's smartphone and uses the internet. Teachers and students are both dominant
in class. Class XI Ipa 1 uses variations of instructional teaching that is the teacher
uses teaching methods that are blogged with students. The teacher gives students
assignments to solve, analyze, and work according to the situation. The teacher helps
students by discussing to solve a problem. Class XII Ipa 1 uses a classic teaching
variation in which the teacher explains the material to students with lectures so that
students listen to the material delivered by the teacher. Teachers are more dominant
in class and passive students. The teacher can explain the material in detail.
A. Conclusions
Variation in teaching has a very important role in the process of learning
English. This study found that English teachers at SMAN 13 BONE used three
variations of teaching, namely variations in classical teaching, technology, and
interaction.
This can be seen from the overall learning activities undertaken including
variations in the teaching used by the teacher during the learning process. In more
detail can be described as follows.

B. Suggestion
This analysis of teaching variation places an important role in helping the
English teaching profession. Even though there are difficulties or obstacles faced
by the teacher in using variations in learning, this obstacle does not rule out the
possibility of being overcome
Analysis of existing teaching variations as a way to assist teachers in
teaching English material becomes more interesting and increases students
'interest in continuing to learn English and choosing the right variety of teaching
to overcome the students' boredom in teaching teaching. Therefore, in addition to
lesson plans, analysis of teaching variations is something that needs to be
considered before teaching.

This analysis of teaching variation places an important role in helping the
