The Student’s Difficulties In English Narrative Writing At Fourth Semester Of English Department Of IAIN Bone

This thesis presents a research on students' difficulties in English Learning
Through Narrative Writing as Learning Media in the Fourth Semester of IAIN Bone.
There were 3 students of TBI 4 the fourth semester at IAIN Bone in my research.
This study used a qualitative method. Researchers used stories as learning media to
see students' difficulties in learning English.
This research employed a descriptive qualitative research method. The data
was collected through in-depth observation and inter view. The subjects of this
research consisted of the fourth IAIN BONE. The data analysis was employed based
on procedure of data analysis suggested by keith F. punch namely difficulty narrative
writing.
The result of the research showed the difficulty of writing English through
the media can improve students' English writing skill. The research prove the data
that almost all of the students use this technique to make writing difficulties in
English.
A. Conclusions
Merging data and discussion in the previous chapter, researchers conclude the
research results used for learning English. One (1) out of three (3) students said that
they had a high level of difficulties as a learning medium. Like wise, it was fun as a
learning medium if the delivery of the material is delivered appropriately and
appropriately. Students were not monotonous and bored in learning. This shows that
educators must be more creative if they want to use the media in learning English to
avoid boredom and not reduce students' difficulties in learning. An important point
that can be obtained from this research that it was the right media to increase
students' vocabulary.
B. Suggestions
Based on the facts that cannot be used as a form of learning to improve
students because of this the observer will be shown as follows:
1.The teacher can use narration as a reference material in teaching vocabulary.
Teachers can use the material in teaching, especially in teaching vocabulary.
in student difficulties, narrative skin is not necessarily a learning medium
because it has sufficient levels of difficulties for students. On the other hand
we must know that teachers must be more creative if they want to use
learning media in learning English. Students will not be bored and was
prefer Lessons and difficulties.
2.The students of the fourth semester of English Study Program of IAIN BONE
must have the diversity of learning media to support their success in
learning English.
3. For other researchers, it wassuggested that other researchers can use research
results as information or references to conduct research on similar topics in
the same design in students' difficulties through narrative writing as a
learning medium in English learning.
