The compatibility of lesson plan in English learning process at SMAN 13 Bone

Lesson plan is one of the important things that arranged by teachers. By lesson plan, the teachers will success in delivering the material to the learners. Unfortunately, the lesson plan and the teacher’s performance are still often incompatible in the classroom. Therefore, it may not be effective to deliver the education sources. This research aims to find out the significance of implementation of lesson plan in English learning process. The researcher used qualitative approach by giving observation and interview. The observation is to know the teachers’ way to implement the lesson plan in learning process. While interview becomes a complement after observe. The result of the research showed us that the teacher has implemented the lesson plan by preparing the lesson plan before teaching. The lesson plan also is made based on 2013 curriculum. Therefore the suitable with the lesson plan and learning process was influenced by situation. It is like preparation, health, self problem, students’ ability and secondary agenda. Preparation likes compass. A good explanation in material determines on the preparation. Preparation also manages each technique for each activity. To apply a maximal technique, the teacher must be in good health and fresh because health is representation of energetic activity. While self problem influences the teacher’s way to give feedback and resolve the possible solution to anticipate students that have different ability in understanding the material. The differences must be resolve by teacher. So Student’s ability becomes a big problem to fulfill the aims in teaching. Beside secondary agenda will give impact to carry out the lesson plan specially for timing each meeting.
A.Conclusion
A lesson plan is the teacher's guide for running a particular lesson, and it includes the goal (what the students are supposed to learn), how the goal will be reached (the method, procedure) and a way of measuring how well the goal is reached (test, worksheet, homework etc). And based on the result of the analysis in the previous chapter, the researcher can conclude that the lesson plan and learning process is be caused by situation. It is like preparation, health, self-problem, students’ ability and secondary agenda.

B.Suggestion
There are some suggestions in relation with the implementation of lesson plan that hopefully can be useful for teachers when teaching in the classroom and also for researchers who will discuss about implementing lesson plan.
a.For learners
The learners must study seriously to appreciate teacher’s effort in delivering the material.
b.For teachers
Teachers must use the lesson plan when teaching in classroom to make easer the organizing of the class. With the lesson teachers know what we they want to do in class room.
c.For researcher
The researcher realizes that there are still some weaknesses in this paper so the reader of the students who want to study about implementing lesson plan in English learning process are suggested to read some references as the comparison of this because requires a special attention to improve the understanding about the implementation lesson plan in English learning process.
