This research studies about the influence of classroom management by giving an effective instruction toward the students motivation to learning English at class of XI ( IPS and IPA) at MA AL-JUNAIDIYAH Biru . used Research method that is descriptive correlation. While data collecting technique consist of two, that is observation, and questionnari. Observation conducted by at class student of XI ( IPS and of IPA) in October till November 2014. observation have Place to outside class, in Watampone. Observation conducted for to know Influence of class management by giving an effective instruction to study English. Questionnari propagated in November 2014 to 41 student. Way of this to know student motivation to learn English with giving an effective intruction.
Result of research indicate that, firstly, conditions of study of English with giving of instruction correctly that is when teacher gives intruction do not use Ianguage which is verbiage and than easy student to understand or comprehend what submitted by teacher. second, by paying attention classroom management by giving effective or correct intruction of student motivation to learn because student can or easy to comprehend what the intruction or commanded by teacher. Last, learn English when teacher use effective intruction improve student motivation either through ekstrinsic and also intrinsic.
A.Conclusion
Based on the result of data analysis in the previous chapter, the researcher concludes that:
1.Classrom management by giving an effective instruction toward students motivation in learning English. The questionnaire consisted of two sections (extrinsic and intrinsic motivation). The score of students’ extrinsic motivation (students’ motivation to study by using giving instruction) were dominant than intrinsic motivation (students’ motivation withough giving instruction).
2.The roles of classroom management by giving an effective instruction are:
a.Improving the students’ motivation and self-confidence in learning English.
b.Improving the students’ motivation in terms of self-study.
It was proved by the result of questionnaire.
B.Suggestion
The researcher gives suggestion to all readers and especially for teacher or lecturer that:
1.For the improvement in learning English. The resercher suggests the English teachers, lecturer and also for students to use giving an effective instruction in English learning process. Using giving an effective instruction can improve the students motivation in learning English. It can open the lecturers’ mind about the importance of information giving an effective instruction.
2.Using giving an effective instruction is very practical, economical, and make students relaxed in learning English. The researcher suggests to the lecturer or teacher to use giving an effective instruction in learning English. It can improve the students’ motivation and self-confidence in learning English and improve the students’ motivation in terms of self-employed in their task.
