This research employed pre-experimental method with pre-test and post-test design. There was two variables, they were independent (Using Peer InterviewTechnique) and dependent variable (students’Speaking ability). In collecting data, the researcher got the students’ data by using a test namely speaking test to find out the students’ ability. After data was collected and the result of the test was obtained to prove the hypothesis and established the validity, the researcher analyzedthe value of t-observation. It was proved by the result of the students’ test.

The table showed that the mean score obtained by the students in post-test (84.09)was higher than the mean score of the students in pre-test (63.86) and t-test (27,21) was higher than t-table (2.080). it means that H0was rejected and H1was acceptable. The result of this study proved that Using Peer Interviewwas significantly to increase the students’ speaking ability. It was hoped to the teacher to use Peer Interview Technique in teaching English.
A.Conclusion
Based on the data analysis on the discussion, the researcher concluded that the use of peer interview technique can increase the students’ Speaking ability. It the research resultthat the students’ prior knowledge of speaking before applying Peer Interview technique is still low, it is provided by the data almost all students were not success, with mean score of the students pre-test was 63,86. Students’ ability in speaking increase after applying Peer Interview technique, it is shown by the data that all of them got good score above with mean score of students’ post–test was 84,09.

The researcher gives suggest to all readers and especially for teacher and students that:
After conducting this resarch, the writer gives suggestion as follows:
1.English teachers should use peer interview technique in teaching speaking. It could make students active in the classroom in order to speak english well.
2.Teaching speaking by using peer interview techniquecould make students enjoy, confident, beside that the students were not bored in studying.The teacher also should create a situation that give much time to students to speak in the classroom
3.The students must increase their vocabulary and mastery of stucture to be well in speaking English.
